Standard projects are delivered within 48 business hours. Growth plan clients get priority 36-hour turnaround. Rush options (24 hours) are available for Studio clients or on a case-by-case basis for urgent requests.
Do I get the same editor each time? +
Yes — every client is matched with a dedicated editor who learns your style, brand voice, and channel patterns. We never randomly reassign you. If you ever want to switch, we handle that seamlessly.
How do I send my raw footage? +
Once onboarded, you'll get access to your private project portal. You can upload directly, or link Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. We support all major file formats and codecs.
Are revisions really unlimited? +
Yes, genuinely. We iterate until you're satisfied. Most projects take 1–2 rounds. We've never had a client request more than 4. Our editors front-load their attention to brief alignment so revisions stay minimal.
Can I try before committing to a plan? +
Absolutely. We offer a free trial edit — you send one video, we edit it at no cost, and you decide if we're the right fit. No pressure, no commitment required.
What file formats do you deliver in? +
We deliver in any format you need — MP4 (H.264/H.265), MOV, ProRes, and platform-optimized exports for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more. Just tell us your destination and specs.
Do you work with agencies and white-label? +
Yes. Our Studio plan includes white-label options. We operate completely behind the scenes for a number of marketing agencies and production studios. NDAs and custom contracts available.
What if I need more videos than my plan allows? +
Just let us know. We can add à la carte videos to any plan, or upgrade your subscription mid-month without any penalty. Scaling up is always easy with us.
